Modelled after a traditional Cypriot monastery, our inner courtyard, or “Avli,” is the soul of the hotel. Our boutique hotel’s minimalist design complements the surrounding beauty, creating a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design.
Our story began over 50 years ago with the vision of our founder, Pavlos Pavlakis, a pioneer in Ayia Napa’s tourism industry. In 1972, he opened the doors to Nissi Beach Resort, marking the inception of a collection dedicated to genuine Cypriot hospitality. This was followed by the unveiling of Nissi Park Hotel in 1982 and Alion Beach Hotel in 1992, each property reflecting his forward-thinking approach and commitment to creating welcoming sanctuaries where guests feel effortlessly at home.
